ArchCare Advantage is a coordinated care plan with a Medicare Advantage contract founded by the Catholic Health Care System of the Archdiocese of New York to provide Medicare coverage for residents of our nursing homes and others who are frail and vulnerable who live in the community and require the same level of care as someone who lives in a nursing home.
You may be eligible to join ArchCare Advantage if:
- You are entitled to Medicare Part A
- You are enrolled in Medicare Part B
- You live in one of our contracted skilled nursing facilities or live in one of our service areas; Dutchess, Orange, Westchester, New York, Richmond, Kings, Queens and Bronx counties
